Shipping

  • Shipping is available in New Zealand only at this stage, please reach out if you are out of this area to discuss options. 
  • Shipping will be calculated at checkout, please select rural shipping if your address is rural. 
  • Orders will be sent Monday through Thursday, excluding public holidays
  • Tracking information will be provided once order is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Refunds are available on faulty products only, if you change your mind we cannot offer refunds. 
  • If your product is faulty please email me initially, then return to us for a refund to be processed within 30 day of receipt of the item at our store
  • Please choose carefully, we will not offer exchanges

Care for Kitchenware Products

  • We recommend hand washing your items prior to first use, with a gentle dishsoap, warm water and a soft cloth. Dry with a tea towel straight away. 
  • We do not recommend using the dishwasher for our items, especially those with any wood. 
  • Rose Gold or Copper products can tarnish depending on what they are used for and the environment. This can be helped with a number of homemade remedies. 

eBooks

  • eBooks are a digital PDF file that you receive via email after your purchase. This is for you to download to your devices to refer to when needed. 
  • You may receive two different sized files, one is ideal for printing, one is a smaller size to save to your device. 
  • You are welcome to print your eBook at your own cost, you may not share, copy or sell this eBook for friends or family - send them my way instead!

  • You may pay with Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa), Google Pay, Apple Pay or  Shop Pay
